German school gunman 'kills 15'

K: I am doing an interview. Can I ask you some questions?

T: sure

K: Have you heard the news that a 17 years old German teen killed 15 people?

T: yes, I have

K: Do you feel that is terrible?

T: Is it terrible? No, it's great, it's not terrible, it's horrible.
K: What do you think of the new?
T: I think it's sad. I think more people should do voice about that.

K: What do you think of the boy?

T: The boy? He killed many friends, you know it's sad, I feel bad for him.

K: If he was you, what would you do?

T: If he was me? I killed 15 people? I don't know if I killed 15 people. I would run.

K: If you were his parent what would you feel?

T: Very bad, I feel like I missed a opportunity to help my son.

K: Do you think he was regretful of killing many people?

T: Do I think he was regretful? probably not. No, I don't think he was regreted about what he did.

K: Who would you blame this mistake on?

T: I think it's everyone's mistake.

Cherry Cheesecake

Today is Oct, 30; follow the recipe I went to supermarket to buy some materials to make a Cherry Cheesecake. Now is 6:35pm, is time to start making my cheesecake. First, I take a big bowl out and then I put 2pkg light cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, 3Tbsp flour and 1Tbsp vanilla in the bowl mixing them. I use eggbeater to mix them until well blended. Then I add 1 cup of sour cream into it, after mix well, I am going to add 2 eggs. 1 at a time, mixing them slowly after each just until blended. Then I pour them over the crust. Now are 7:05, I need to open the Pie Filling Cherry and put in a small bowl, in microwave around 30 second. Drops them over batter, and then is time to put the Cherry Cheesecake in the oven. I feel a little nervous, because I don’t know how my cheesecake will go to be. I am also feel excited, today is my first time baking by myself. 40 minute has left, I need to take the cheesecake out of the oven and wait for a while then put it in refrigerate. And wait.  

Next day is Oct, 31, after I wake up, the first thing I want to do is to open refrigerate, so I went downstairs to see how my cheesecake be. I saw a tasty Cherry Cheesecake in front of me, I feel so happy bout my success and I am going to share it to my aunt and my cousins.

3 Tbsp. butter, melted

2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. flour

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1 cup sour cream

True short story from my life~

     I am proud of myself because I think I am a good sister. I rescued my brother. When I was 10 years old I used to go swimming with my brother, even we did not know how to swimming. One day, he was careless that got drowned in the swimming pool, there was nobody see it. I jumped into water without considering myself as soon as I saw him drowning. It was too late when I realized I could not swim at all. His body was upon me that made me choked while he could breathe, I feel dying at the moment. Luckily, I caught the edge around the swimming pool to keep me save in the end. Finally, we both fine. (I am so nervous that I forgot the fact that I could not swim I am a good sister who cares a lot about my brother. I was brave because of him)

“思念”（MISS）~~

     Generally, the poem 思念（Miss） is about the deep miss between a mother and her daughter who is living on a strange land. As a daughter who is living abroad and far away from my mother, I have a strong feeling with this poem. Thinking of the daughter is a concern. “When the child is away, the mother will pray”. My warm kindly mother always cares about me that if I feel cold or whether I eat well. Missing each other is sufferings. For mothers and daughters, “one day apart seems like three years”. Without the company of each other, loneliness engulfs the world that is so painful. Thinking of the mother is happiness. Each time when my mother’s nice smile is occurred to me, I feel sweet in my heart and satisfied. Warmth will flow into my heart when I miss my graceful mother. I know, thinking of each other is life, which is joyful, blest, disappointing, worried and painful.

         Declan Galbraith's "Tell me why" is my favorite song because I am greatly touched by this song. The music is slow and soft like a sound from heaven. At the beginning, the song includes the rustling of leaves, the song of birds and waterfall which brings a feeling of serenity and peace. Gradually, it makes an atmosphere of sorrow around me. I feel i can hear the cry of children and animals in the world. Moreover, the lyrics of this song are affecting. The lyrics are about the feeling of a ten-years old boy from war, animals and people. When Declan sings in the song: "The sky is blue and field is green and laughter is the language of the world/ then i wake up and all I see is a world full of people in need." It show us a very big different between his dream and the real world, how lovely of his dream and how destructive the world is. Lastly, both the music and the lyrics hold my heart from the beginning to the end. We are the same human begins. Why do we shoot each other and never learn to stop? We are living in the natural world, why do we need to destroy the nature? War influences the whole world including animals. In fact, they are innocent, but why do they still need to accept the punishment? This song gives me an idea of the cruelty of war.

The place that I want to go " Paris"

This store is one of the city's oldest and most revered patisseries (pastry shops) and caterers. The shop on Rue Montorgueil is the oldest and opened in the early 18th century. The storefront and interior alone are admirable for their elaborate frescoes and carvings. This shop, taken on a Sunday, gives a sense of how crowded the store gets, especially during the weekend.

     Although, there have many pastry shop in Paris,but this store's dainty is praised by the queen of England.

Delicious Hot pot and "My friend" noodles ^0^

                                                                                                                                                         

Hot pot is one of my favourite food also. I like to eat hot pot beacause there have many type of food. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce .That's really good.  

A friendship formed in childhood

Noodles have attracted me a lot since i was a little Child.  Noodles are "my friend". "A friend" that can mades me happy.
